Be a good member of the community

Treat other collectors the way you’d want to be treated. The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting other users.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on who they are.
• Spam, scams, or trying to trick or mislead other users.
• Impersonating another person, collector, or TCG E-Binder itself.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep your password private and don’t share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You’re responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your login secure.
• Pick a username, tag, and profile image that aren’t offensive or misleading — other people can see them.

Keep your content appropriate

Binders you mark public, your profile, and anything you upload can be seen by other people. Please don’t post:

• Offensive, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Images you don’t have the right to use.
• Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Play fair with the service

Help keep the app fast and reliable for everyone. Don’t:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell data from the site.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the app or other users.
• Try to break, overload, probe, or bypass security on the service.
• Get around rate limits, bot checks, or account restrictions.

Be honest with other collectors

TCG E-Binder helps you track your collection — it doesn’t process real money or ship cards. Any trades you arrange happen between you and the other person. Keep your notes, trade details, and attributions truthful, and don’t use the app to scam anyone.

Card prices are just a reference

Market values shown in the app come from third-party data (TCGplayer) and are for reference only. They can be out of date or wrong, and they are not financial advice. Don’t make big buying, selling, or investment decisions based on them alone.

Not affiliated

TCG E-Binder is a hobby project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, TCGplayer, or any Riftbound or trading-card publisher. All card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

What happens if you break the rules

We want to be fair, but we also want to protect the community. Depending on how serious the issue is, we may:

• Remove or hide content, or make a public binder private.
• Give you a warning.
• Temporarily suspend your account.
• Permanently delete your account and its data.

Serious, harmful, or illegal behavior can lead to immediate removal without warning. We make these calls at our discretion to keep TCG E-Binder safe and enjoyable.

Deleting your account

You can leave anytime. To delete your account and its data, email us at [[email protected]] and we’ll take care of it. Curious what we store? See Your Data.

Changes

These guidelines may change as the app grows. When they do, we’ll update the date at the top. If you keep using TCG E-Binder, that means you’re okay with the current version.
